Herald – Buildings can’t be mothballed until at least 2008 as province revamps review process

“School closures in Nova Scotia are on the backburner until 2008, perhaps even 2009, the education minister said Thursday.
Karen Casey said that if a school board wants to put a school under review for possible closure, it will have to do so over the span of a year, starting on April 1 and ending on March 31.”
